He personally reviews each and every monthly property report, and provides financial planning for every building he monitors. His advice and supervision is invaluable to Medallion Real Estate.
Judah Fein
Partner and Head of Operations & AcquisitionsJudah Fein is a young, savvy and knowledgeable real estate investor and manager, and represents the 4th generation of his family where real estate investment is both a talent and a passion. He brings both modern skills and traditional values in his dealings with tenants, landlords, co-op boards and investors. He has established excellent relationships with lenders, suppliers and vendors that insure the financial stability of every property he manages. Judah holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Real Estate.
Judah joined Medallion in 2012 and has since become a partner in the firm and oversees all day to day management activities as well as all new acquisitions.
